Re: Kavanaugh vote delayed

You are learning the US Senate is a deliberative body with a long memory and grudges are carried out.

Merrick Garland was refused a vote by the Senate for the last 10 months of Obama's term.He had every right to appoint him and have him considered. There was nothing wrong with Garland. He was appointed to the DC District Court by a 76-23 vote in 1996. But the right-wingers could never accept the legitimacy of Obama's Presidency, and some like Trump, not even his citizenship, and were not going to let him have another legacy.

Not fun being on the receiving end of this shit now, is it ? Even the lunatic Kellyanne Conway wants to hear her side of it.
