Over-turning Roe v Wade won't stop abortion.It was passed as a public health issue, not a partisan issue. Abortions had been a function of location and wealth. Done under dangerous conditions for all others. Reagan made it partisan in order to get the vote of the Fundamentalist, who have now hijacked the GOP. No consideration to the health of the mother. Pure sexism. |
