Under the Fourth Amendment it does because it does not apply to individual activity versus government activity. If I find you are illegally doing something in my basement and I tell the police to come over because I have something they’d want to see, the Fourth Amendment is not implicated.

Adding the dimension of the federal agent I would argue that the orders require a warrant, but the present sense impression of the store clerk is not provided it is not based on a request to review the records or otherwise unknowable without analyzing records. If the clerk said to the agent that Farmer John placed an unusually large order that statement would get in.
