This sounds like Olog saying that certain Supreme Court rulings are unconstitutional.

I think what he means is that he wants NY to have a law that positively allows abortion that is an update of the 1970 law, so that if the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade, NY is on firm legal footing.
