Trump and his team have publicly supported "religious freedom" initiatives defending businesses' ability to refuse service to those they feel violate their beliefs.2. Sarah was refused service based on her vile public behavior, something she has (we hope) complete control over, unlike the gay couple who were born as they are. 3. Which SCOTUS jurist is a lesbian? I don't recall any of them ever coming out, or being outed. 4. SCOTUS interprets the Constitution, applying this to existing legislation, thereby creating new case law. |
