LOL! His father is alive, raised him and STILL LIVES in Cuba. His mother drowned attempting to reach the US, he was in temporary custody of distant relatives (cousin, IIRC) he had never known until his actual father regained custody. Face it, he belonged with an actual parent as he had one that was alive. Courts said so. |
