HE MIGHT NOT BING BONG, BUT I CAN. It was a Tuesday the day after my Pony League Team (Giants) won a 6-3 game to put us one game away from clinching the league title (my first). On that day I did something that has stayed with me forever. I was driving to my job at a Recreation League at Spencer Williams School in Downey, California when a dog ran after my car and got in front of it. I hit the dog and found out later it died. As a die hard dog lover it was a bad scene and I have dedicated myself as a member of the ASPCA to donate to dog causes and go out of my way to pet almost every dog I run into----as long as the owner tells me they're friendly which they mostly always are.How about that Bing Bong?????? |
