You're talking about a civil service job a job that requires an exam and pretty undiscriminatory proof?How about the fact that statistically black college grads is twice as likely to be unemployed as whites Example Black Harvard Grads have the same shot a call back as white state college grads How about the fact you are less likely to be called for an interview if your name sounds too ethnic? I think its been very well documented women make less than men for the same jobs. |
