No - its for this statement."You may well think that hell on earth would not be an understatement of what the Gazans suffered in that time." He completely poisoned the jury with his remarks, which have nothing to do with the issues at trial. The judge's personal opinions have no bearing at trial and its clear from what he said that he is not an impartial arbiter. |
