They put it succinctly on NBC news a minute ago. Ms Barr has a history of similar outbursts, demonstrating little concept of restraint or cognizance of offensiveness. Ms Bee has. Plus she apologized to correct her mistake quickly, apologizing ASAP directly to the target, and then to the broader audience. We can be sure it won't happen again based on her history and handling of this incident. Ms Barr has a long history of outbursts and a proven inability to control them.

In both cases, what happened "cannot be unseen". It's all about what could happen next.
