Because in this society, one cannot step upon a soapbox and slander/libel another private citizen. Plus we find racist behavior abhorrent, rightfully, especially in such a high profile form.

Just because something happened in the past doesn't make it right to repeat it, then dismiss it because something similar happened before. Is that how you raised your kids? Gods help them!
