This is why you struggle. You think someone like her has any credibility. Keto works for a lot of people. Not just the obese, but diabetics, autistic children, cancer patients, autoimmune diseases, etc........ But it has drawbacks like the "keto flu". It's a restrictive diet and I don't like people who live on the diet for weight loss or to be part of a fad. But it works amazingly for weight loss so I can see why it's gaining traction. It's not much different than Atkins, or Vince Gironda the bodybuilding guru who advocated such a diet decades ago. |
