No they're not. You don't have hundreds of homeless camped out on sidewalks with used needles by the dozens everyone, in many other big cities. You don't see this in Houston or Dallas. I've never seen it in Chicago or Philly. Homeless, yes. Hundreds camped out on sidewalks, no. |
