I think a case can be made that Zimmerman, once he had committed himself to chasing and attacking Martin, was prepared to use deadly force, which he did. Zimmerman also had time to consider his actions, as evidenced by his decision to disregard the police dispatcher's instructions, and take matters into his own hands.I also believe the DA intentionally threw this case, for political reasons. |
