DACA is illegal because it is not in the President's authority to create new classes of citizens.

Hmm. From 2005 to 2007, I had a colleague in a DACA situation (born in Mexico, came to US as a 5 year old kid) who got a green card under President Bush.

Are you sure this is an illegality perpetrated by Obama?
