Unexpected, unwanted pregnancy is not a "life choice". Some contraceptives still do fail.I think fathers should take two to two and a half years off after the birth of a child. Split the preschool years between both parents. Maybe this would level things off. It would sure force change. Those "variables" as you put it, aren't variable at all....it's been this way since women en force began pursuing careers in the sixties. |
