In the universe, the laws of physics rule. In the USA, the laws of economics rule. Its conditions that provoke change in the laws, not the whims of the deluded.Bottom line, based on the laws of economics ...coal loses, as long as gas is cheaper (and plentiful). He has to be beyond stupid not to know this. |
