I agree that the bulk of the blame is on Starbucks. But I place a certain amount of blame on the cops for putting the men in cuffs. They could have just told the men "management don't want to you here so you have to leave.'. The cuffs were unnecessary and an extra dose of humiliation to an already embarrassing situation. |
