That said Mexican neighborhoods in general are much safer for us than 20 years ago. Times are changing. Really all of LA is much safer. There are still pockets of very high crime in the poorest areas, but for the most part it’s not something you have to think about. Very different than it used to be. A lot like NYC I guess.Birthrates have plunged. When women have fewer kids, there is less desperation, and kids tend to commit less street crimes. Type 2 diabetes is another factor. Kids are too fat and diabetic to do more than play video games and j/o to porn. Or fuck and make more babies. How is neighboring San Bernardino and Riverside counties? I think crime is moving out of some big cities and into suburbs. |
