Ask for a refund or credit, and have them send you a new one. Don't pay for postage to return their mess-ups.Most of my Amazon orders never come on time. My *guaranteed* 2-day orders seem to come a WEEK late quite frequently. And I ordered a book that had some Hebrew and english writing on the front. I never seen a book received that looked so damaged as though it was used as a soccer ball. They suck. |
