I agree that there is no realistic way to defend yourself against a technology defect, but that's true for both the camera and the radar.I successfully defended myself against a radar speeding ticket. It was on technological grounds. I explained why the reading was wrong. I also showed documentation that my car's top speed was lower than the radar reading. |
