Back in 1974 those fears were totally justified.I disagree. You had to be more careful, but it wasn't the jungle suggested by that movie. In 1974 I lived in the city of Boston and I never felt unsafe at home (ground floor of a 2-family house). There were neighborhoods I wouldn't go into at night, but then again there still are. |
