I keep pointing out that while your post is no doubt correct concerning you as a renter, it is your generalization to most people in your income range that is incorrect.People who do not itemize in 2017 will just about all do better in 2018. People who do itemize in 2017 are very likely to roughly break even at best, even if their real estate plus income taxes don't exceed 10K. |
