Again I don't own a home that's has a mortgage of $500,000 or $1,000,000, and truthfully most of the people I know don't either. Even on much of Long Island (at least Suffolk, forgetting the Hamptons, which are mostly second homes, and not primary residences anyway) 500,000 or more, $1,000,000 is still a pretty upscale house. |
