What is your point?No one is sending Levine to the penitentiary. What happened was that his employer fired him. I strongly suspect the firing was justified but can't prove it. What possible threats can be made to Franken to force him to resign? All the Democrats can do is take him off the committee assignments he's on. Plus of course if he stays there will be Ethics Committee hearings. I think that's a reasonable "threat": resign or else we will hold hearings to find out what if anything you've really done. |
