Saying that to say US can't play mediator in peace talks to choose a side in said peace talks. Peace talks would take compromise meaning give and take. Trump essentially took a huge bargaining chip off the table (Recogition of Jerusalem as capital which is why other pres held off on the first place) favor of one side meaning the other side the Palestinians has no reason to even come to the table. |
