Well, evidently there are an explicit picture and text on the complainant's cell phone.And also it seems he's been known to be pushing the envelope for a long time. In a 2012 interview, Katie Couric is asked what's the most irritating thing Matt Lauer does, and she says he keeps pinching my ass. So if he got away with that kind of behavior with his colleagues for long enough, maybe he thought it was safer to go even further. |
