The contract probably prohibits inappropriate conduct and makes it a cause for firing, but probably protects Lauer if he doesn't provide cause for being dismissed.NBC would be wise to have very good evidence of that inappropriate conduct, or else they could be subject to a huge law suit from Lauer. |
