That is not the least bit an equivalence, and really doesn't apply unless one considers their pension status as integral to their genetic identity. I do not know of anyone that does.

Do you see how oveblown you are making this?

Face the fact. Lots of people just consider any government employee to be "civil service". Which to a small degree every government employee is. There is no harm intended or done. This s really beyond ridiculous.
