Fred, it's time to move past the narrative of victimization. Much as there are so few actual descendants of slavery there are also very few true descendants of slave owners. My ancestors came here legally in the early 1900s. We were neither slaves nor slave owners. I refuse to be pressured into carry someone else's old baggage. Neither should my party.
