Who chooses the party slate of the Directorate for the general election voters (followed by the Electorate College) to decide upon?Right now a party slate consists only of the candidates for POTUS and VPOTUS. How does the person who will appear as the HUD Secretary candidate get decided? What if Congress decides to abolish many executive departments and thus reduce the Directorate to only four-five people? |
