There are a hell of a lot of You Tube files on abandoned malls. All it takes is the anchor store or two to go, and the rest fall like dominoes. 20% are expected to be gone within 5 years, even those built in the 1980's and 90's.Wait until Amazon changes the costs structure and buying procedures of Whole Paycheck. That will mean a lot of supermarkets will close as well with competitive cost pressures in that industry. That means a lot of suburban sprawl strip malls will perish as well. |
