So why shouldn't the whites always have Europe?

Because living in Europe conveys benefits, and those benefits should not be reserved to whites. That would be racism.

This is not to say that the people in Europe are not allowed to control whom they let in. Of course they are, and no doubt they have made misjudgments. But that's a different issue.
