He's obviously talking about toppling of Tsarist symbols. That never really happened though. The Winter Palace still stands and during the communist era was filled with Tsarist treasures and it was open to the public.

The only major example of Communist vandalism I can think of is the destruction of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior (ХХС).

But if we're talking about toppling statues, maybe the Confederate apologists should start a campaign to restore the statue of King George III in Bowling Green which was toppled by rebel vandals.
