Is it not alleged (and therefore proven in the justice system supported by some people here) that Brown took a candy bar or something from a store without paying for it and shoved the store clerk aside in the process?

Of course, they ignore that there are also well-supported allegations of criminal activity against Bill Cosby, and yet they don't say he has committed a felony. Somehow he gets the benefit of the doubt but Michael Brown doesn't.
