I thought that the petty larceny was incidental to the justified shooting of the criminal, Michael brown. As I recall, the officer attempted to stop brown because he was walking down the middle of the street, obstructing traffic. It led to a physical confrontation during which makes Charles brown tried to take the officers gun but only got one bullet, instead. |
