Orthodox Jews are not an example of "Sabbath Observance" abuse in civil service.

It's people who get a civil service job where it can take years to get even a piece of the weekend off, then file a grievance and get a "pastor" to write a letter saying the worker is important in the church and needs to attend and needs to be off.

It's mostly a scam.
