I agree with that, but giving Germany a free (or at least a heavily discounted) ride on their defense is untenable. If they (and Europe) want the U.S. to be their protector, no questions asked, they need to let the U.S. run their foreign policy. That is the price of dependency.They want to call the shots and have the U.S. pick up the pieces of their failures. |
