And then she goes on TV with some asshole lawyer and starts crying that she's being bullied and that this wouldn't happen if she were a man.Boo Fucking Hoo. Kathy Griffin has made a career out of being crass and vile. She likes to portray herself as an edgy Hollywood outsider ("My Life on the D List") who isn't beholden to anyone or anything. She thinks of herself as a tough old broad in the mold of Joan Rivers and that gives her the right to say anything she wants without repercussions. But even Joanie knew her limits. Griffin is a tasteless, talentless wanker who doesn't know right from wrong. She needs to be taken down a peg or two and made to taste some humility. I hope CNN sticks to its guns and keeps her off the New Year's Eve broadcast (thought I'm sure the liberal elite will wait till the smoke clears and then start pressuring CNN to put her back on). |
