I have to go work out and crash some fat.I'm not in ketosis but will eat 6 whole eggs, 3 thick strips of bacon, butter, coconut oil, 1 pound of potatoes, 1/4 pound almonds, 2 pieces dark chocolate, 1 ounce of swiss cheese, and some wheat grass juice powder in my water. A health related thread will be posted for the weekend. Last week Joe V, Spider_Pig, and Dave told me to watch my sodium. I dropped 2 pounds this week. But you can bet I will respond to your post. Today's workout is 30 yards, 5 times. Basic baseball workout. Just running to first base five times, all out. |
