Government can't fix it, eh ? Explain why Canada with universal health care has life expectancy of 3.3 years higher than Americans.

"Live healthy" has nothing to do with the fact that most are genetically predisposed to having high cholesterol, bad hearts, diabetes, etc at a certain age.
