I wrote about some of this in a recent doctorial thesis, and I expect like everything they do in Philadelphia, these so called 261 "teaching" jobs will be threatened in the future. But I didn't expect him to pay these "teachers" BELOW the living wage of $15/hour!Secondly, what is a "mostly full-time pre-K teaching positions". Why are they called teachers? And what will they tax next for the new pre-pre-k programs? |
