They haven't revealed the name of the driver yet, but the current narrative seems to be that the drunk-as-a-skunk light truck driver clipped a dump truck and fled the scene and lost control as he approached the parade.Drunk-as-a-skunk seems to be the motive, but we'll see. http://www.cnn.com/2017/02/25/us/new-orleans-mardi-gras-parade-accident/ |
