You do the crime you do the time. That is why I am against any immigration policy that provides amnesty to illegals and/or prioritizes them over those who came here legally and are following the established path for citizenship. Facilition has a specific legal definition. You have failed to allege the necessary predicates. By all accounts the father was in Connecticut in advance of Malloy's decision. A state cannot possibly round up all illegals in two days. |
