But if you see the representative results, such as congress, the Democrats got a bloodbath.

But Senators and Representatives, just like Electors, represent regions with wildly different populations. That's how Republicans were able to take 57 percent of House seats with 52 percent of the vote. And Democratic Senate candidates won fewer seats than Republicans while getting 5.9 million more votes. Bloodbath indeed.
