It's a pack of lies and it fits with the views of atheistic types like Sanger and the rest of the godless eugenicists.

Margaret Louise Higgins is uber Irish-Catholic. People should know this.

So look at NYC. Before paying for abortion crime was out of control while southern cities like Atlanta, New Orleans, and Central Florida were known for their southern charm and cleanliness and lower crime.

Now the roles have reversed. It's the south that has the issues and NYC is the safest big city in American and one of the safest in the world. And it's who NYC aborted that best explains this trend.
