Certainly, assuming that air molecules distribute themselves uniformly over time (that is, they don't stick together in larger masses that don't separate).

It's not hard to figure out once you make very rough estimates of:

- How many air molecules (O2, N2, and various other types) does a person breathe in their lifetime?

- How many air molecules are there on earth?

Let's assume a breath is 2+ liters, or a tenth of a mole (a mole is about 25 liters and has Avogadro's number worth of molecules, or about 6 x 10^23 molecules). People take 30 breaths per minute, or 1800 per hour, or 16 million per year, or a nice round billion in a lifetime. So they breathe 6 x 10^22 x 10^9 molecules, or 6 x 10^31 molecules in a lifetime.

Next, how much air is there on earth? The air gets less dense as it gets higher, so if you squeezed all the air down so it was constant density it might reach to about 4000 meters. The area of the earth is 4 pi r^2, or 12 x (6000 km)^2 or 400 million km^2 or 4 x 10^8 km^2 or 4 x 10^14 m^2. So the total volume of air is 4 x 10^3 m times 4 x 10^14 m^2 or 1.6 x 10^18 m^3 or 1.6 x 10^21 liters.

We said a liter is about 3 x 10^22 molecules. So the earth has 5 x 10^43 molecules of air, and Hitler breathed maybe 5x10^31 of them, or one molecule out of every 10^12.

So when we each breathe our nearly 10^32 molecules of air (we are living longer than Hitler), one of every 10^12 of them was breathed by Hitler. So we should breathe about 10^20 molecules of air that Hitler breathed. But that's not very much - 1/300th of a liter, or 3 cubic centimeters.

Even if I made a mistake of 10^3 somewhere, you still breathe a whole bunch of molecules he breathed.
