At what interest rate? You do realize the Fed foresees at least three increases in the coming year. It's a lot easier to pay at less than 1% compared to 5-8%. The time to borrow money for infrastructure projects left the station last year, yunno. All trumps gonna do is pack on economy crushing, high interest debt if he does much beyond keeping things standing. We have the obstructionist republicans to thank for this mess.
