The Electoral College and it's reason to exist is Politics 101. It's taught in entry level politics classes in college. It's just another safeguard and a form of checks and balances to ensure a fair and balanced election. Sometimes your guy wins, sometimes he doesn't. And yes, I am aware of the slavery aspect of it's beginnings, but it evolved into something else |
