I don't know of any animal cruelty laws that are stricter than a fine. I have mixed feelings over this. I loathe animal cruelists (made up word) but animals are only animals. To be honest, this thread is the most I've really thought about the subject, but years of jail time still seems too severe to me.your pal, Fred |
